Fees for Notary Services
The State of Florida has established maximum fees for Notary Services. All of our Notary fees adhere to those regulations.
General Fees:
* Acknowledgements: $10.00 per signature, per person
* Marriage solemnization $20
* Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $10.00 per signature, per person
* Oaths and Affirmations: $10.00 per signature, per person
* Jurats: $10.00 per signature, per person
* Power of Attorney: $10.00 per signature, per person
* A travel fee will be added to the final total. This fee varies based on where the signing occurs. Call us for details on this minimal convenience fee.
Loan Packages:
* Local In-Escrow-Office Loan Signing: $100.00
* Local Mobile Notary: $100.00 * E-Doc's fee: $50.00 per loan doc package
Travel Fees (included in Loan Packages):
* Travel fees vary based on location. Call for details
* Before 8:00am and after 8:00pm: $75.00 travel fee, plus standard notary fee(s)
* Local Jails - 2 hours allotted: $150.00
Other Fees:
* Faxing: $1 per page and E-Docs $1 per page
* Photocopies: $.45 each page
* Excessive Waiting Times: $50 per hour after the first 15 minutes
* Notary Signing Cancellation Fee: $50.00
* Airport Emergency Notarization: $75.00 Plus $10.00 per document per signature
